1. Using SOVIRA

SOVIRA provides tools for advertisers to create campaigns and for creators to receive and complete campaign opportunities. You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.

2. Campaigns and delivery

Advertisers are responsible for the legality and accuracy of campaign materials, destinations, claims and targeting. Campaign results are not guaranteed. Verified results are limited to eligible events that can be attributed and validated by the platform.

3. Fees and payments

The launch platform commission is 10% and is charged to the advertiser in addition to the creator/campaign budget. The creator/campaign budget is not reduced by that commission. Payment availability depends on the enabled payment provider, corridor, currency and account eligibility.

4. Creator earnings

Creator funds are subject to completed delivery, campaign rules, verification and any applicable review or dispute process. Payout availability depends on the configured payout provider and destination eligibility.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use SOVIRA for unlawful activity, fraud, deceptive advertising, malware, impersonation, infringement, manipulation of verified metrics or activity that violates applicable platform or payment-provider rules.

6. Suspension and termination

SOVIRA may restrict or suspend accounts, campaigns or payouts when required for security, fraud prevention, policy enforcement, payment-provider requirements or legal compliance.

7. Liability and mandatory rights

SOVIRA does not guarantee campaign performance, uninterrupted availability or a particular commercial outcome. Nothing in these terms removes consumer or other mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in the applicable jurisdiction.

8. Changes

We may update these terms when the service, payment rails or legal requirements change. The version published on this page is the current operational version.
